MEREKA YANG MENOLAK SUNNAHSaudaraku seiman, sebetulnya orang yang menolak sunnah karena logika dan dorongan hawa nafsu sudah ada sejak lama dan termasuk bahaya pemikiran sesat yang banyak meracuni umat Islam zaman sekarang, adalah penolakan terhadap Sunnah yang dimotori kelompok Zindiq yang berlindung di bawah ketiak Mu’tazilah. Dengan sistematik mereka menjadi mesin penghancur Islam, yang merupakan karakter musuh-musuh Allah. Ketika umat Islam dalam kondisi kuat maka mereka memilih taktik permusuhan menggunting dalam lipatan atau menjadi musuh dalam selimut.
Sebenarnya Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alihi wa sallam telah mengabarkan, bahwa aliran atau faham Inkar Sunnah akan tumbuh dan menggeliat di tengah Ummat Islam, sebagaimana sabda Nabi:
”Ketahuilah sesungguhnya aku telah diberi al-Kitab dan sepadan dengannya. Ketahuilah hampir-hampir ada seorang laki-laki makan kenyang yang bersandar di atas dipannya lalu berkata “Berpeganglah kalian dengan Al-Qur’an saja, bila kalian mendapati sesuatu yang halal di dalamnya maka halalkanlah dan bila kalian mendapati sesuatu yang haram di dalamnya maka haramkanlah”. Ketahuilah tidak halal bagimu daging keledai piaraan dan setiap hewan bertaring dari binatang buas.”
(Shahih diriwayatkan Abu Daud dalam sunannya (4604), at Tirmidzi (2663), Ibnu Majah dalam sunannya (12), Imam Bukhary dalam al-Adabul Mufrad, (1228), at Thabrany dalam al-Mu’jabul Kabir (934) as-Syafi’i dalam al-Um (7/15, Imam al-Baihaqy dalam as-Sunanul Kubra (7/76), al-Marwazi dalam as-Sunnah (212), (354) dan (355) dan Ibnu Baththah dalam al-Ibanah al-Kubra (62) serta Imam Ahmad dalam Musnadnya disahihkan As Sa’aty dalam Fathurrabbani (11) 1/1910 serta disahihkan Syaikh Al Bani dalam shahih Sunan Abu Daud (4604))
Prinsip dan cara beragama kelompok Inkar Sunnah sering menggulirkan isu-isu kontradiktif antara Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah. Bahkan mereka menganggap bahwa Sunnah sering menimbulkan pertentangan dan tidak seirama dengan Al-Qur’an. Sehingga seorang muslim dalam beragama lebih baik cukup mengambil Al-Qur’an saja tanpa As-Sunnah. Hal ini digambarkan oleh Nabi:
“Hampir-hampir seorang laki-laki bersandar diatas dipannya mengada-ada dalam haditsku lalu berkata: Kita hanya berpegang pada Kitabullah, yang halal hanyalah yang kita temukan halal di dalamnya dan yang haram hanyalah yang kita temukan haram di dalamnya. Ketahuilah apa yang diharamkan Rasulullah sama seperti yang diharamkan Allah.”
(Shahih diriwayatkkan Imam Ahmad dalam musnadnya (4/130/132), Ad-Darimi, (586), At-Tirmidzi (2664), al-Baihaqi (9/331) ia menghasankan, Ibnu Majah (12) dan al-Hakim dalam Mustadraknya (371) dan Marwazi dalam as-Sunnah (213) serta dishahihkan oleh Syaikh Ahmad Syakir dan Syaikh Al-Bani.)
Ketetapan Sunnah tidak mungkin meleset dan prediksi Rasul pasti terbukti. Sebagaimana yang telah diriwayatkan Ibnu Mubarak dari Imran bin Hushain, bahwa beliau pernah mendapati seseorang yang hanya mau menerima Al-Qur’an saja, maka beliau berkata:
”Sesungguhnya engkau orang yang sangat pandir. Apakah kamu menemukan di dalam al-Qur’an jumlahnya rakaat shalat dhuhur yang empat rakaat dan cara membaca bacaan ketika Shalat dhuhur dengan suara lirih? Dan pasti kamu tidak akan menemukan di dalam Kitabullah.”
Kemudian beliau menghitung seluruh jumlah rakaat shalat fardhu dan tata caranya serta cara pelaksanaan zakat maka beliau berkata kepada orang tersebut:
”Apakah kamu mendapatkan semua perkara di atas secara rinci di dalam Kitabullah? Sungguh Kitabullah hanya menyebut secara global dan Sunnah nabi yang menjelaskan secara tuntas.”

AKAR HISTORIS PENOLAKAN TERHADAP SUNNAH
Setelah Zionis Yahudi mampu mengoyak kekuatan Islam, muncullah firqah ekstrim yang sangat lantang menolak Sunnah untuk membuat kekacauan di tengah umat. Sebenarnya gagasan tersebut terkesan sangat dipaksakan tanpa dibarengi kaidah akurat dan argumentasi yang kuat. Bahkan hanya sekedar mengikuti selera hawa nafsu dan rasa kebencian yang amat tinggi terhadap Islam, yang dipelopori oleh firqah Khawarij, Rafidhah dan Mu’tazilah. Merekalah bidan pertama yang melahirkan faham Inkar Sunnah dan agen nomer satu yang memasarkan racun ganas gerakan Zindiq, karena mereka tidak rela kalau Sunnah nabi tampil sebagai penafsir Al-Qur’an. Sebab menurut anggapan mereka, Rasulullah tidak berhak untuk menjelaskan Al-Qur’an.

Namun di antara firqah bid’ah yang paling lantang menolak Sunnah secara total adalah Mu’tazilah. Tokoh-tokoh mereka dengan seenaknya seperti Washil bin ‘Atha’ menghujat Shahabat, sementara Amr bin Ubaid dengan mantap telah menyakini kefasikan para Shahabat. Bahkan an-Nadzdzam menuduh mereka sebagai tokoh pendusta, munafik dan pandir sehingga pernyataan tersebut secara otomatis memberikan penilaian negatif, bahkan menggugurkan semua hadits yang diriwayatkan para Shahabat. Sementara menurut Abu Hudzail hadits ahad tidak bisa menjadi hujjah dalam beragama kecuali bila diriwayatkan dua puluh perawi yang salah seorang di antara mereka telah dijamin masuk Surga. Bahkan an-Nadzdzam tanpa merasa malu mengingkari Ijma’, Qias dan Hadist Mutawatir sebagai hujjah.
MEREKA YANG MENOLAK SUNNAH ZAMAN SELARANG
Muhammad Abduh telah menghina Shahih al-Bukhari seluruhnya, beliau berkata:
“Jika kamu renungkan dengan seksama bahwa tidak termasuk rukun Iman dan juga rukun Islam, seorang muslim harus mengimani semua hadits yang diriwayatkan Imam Bukhari, apapun temanya. Bahkan tidak ada seorangpun yang mensyaratkan sahnya keislaman seseorang atau untuk mengetahui Islam secara rinci harus membaca Shahih Bukhari dan mengakui semua hadits yang ada di dalamnya.”

Apakah memang serendah itu derajat hadits-hadits yang ada dalam shahih Bukhari, sehingga dengan seenaknya para pengikut ajaran Mu’tazilah dan murid-muridnya dari kalangan pengusung pemikiran barat melecehkannya? Tidaklah mereka persembahkan kepada Islam selain kecaman dan hujatan terhadap Islam itu sendiri? Kalangan Reformis dan Rasionalis Modern Pionir Inkar Sunnah menolak dan mengecam hadits ahad seperti yang dilakukan oleh nenek moyang mereka, Mu’tazilah! Karena hadits ahad hanya bisa memberikan justifikasi prediktif (zhann). Sementara dalil yang prediktif tidak bisa dijadikan dalil dalam masalah aqidah.
Syeikh Muhammad Abduh menyatakan, “Adapun riwayat hadits bahwa setan tidak bisa menyentuh Maryam dan Isa, hadits keislaman setan yang menjadi Qarin Nabi, dan tersingkirnya setan dari hati beliau, semua itu hanyalah hadits Dzanni, karena hanya hadits ahad. Sementara hal itu termasuk masalah ghaib dan beriman kepada perkara ghaib termasuk aqidah, maka hadits yang bersifat Dzanni tidak bisa dijadikan hujjah dalam perkara aqidah. Karena Allah berfirman,
“Sedang sesungguhnya persangkaan itu tiada berfaedah sedikit pun terhadap kebenaran.” (QS. An-Najm: 28).
Dan kita tidak dituntut untuk mengimani kandungan hadits-hadits tersebut dalam masalah aqidah kita.”

Dengan demikian menjelaskan tentang keadaan mereka bukan sikap su’udzon bahkan hal itu termasuk bagian nasehat kepada sesame kaum muslimin agar mereka tidak terjebur dalam kesesatan dan penyimpangan agama semoga kita semua mendapat hidayah di atas sunnah.
